Every day at Amos Youth Centre (AYC), our team works alongside children, young people and families, creating opportunities for growth and development. But behind every holistic programme and activity that exists at our Learning & Leadership Centre are people with emotions and feelings. At AYC, we believe that supporting the people doing this work is an important part of creating a healthy and effective organisation.

Each day, he walks into his classroom knowing that behind every learner is a unique story. Some arrive full of confidence, while others carry challenges that are not immediately visible. Isaac understands this because he has lived it himself.

The first thing you notice when you come to the Amos Youth Centre (AYC) Learning & Leadership Centre is the energy. You will see children in classrooms learning while others practice reading aloud, and laughter fills the outside area as students learn through play. In another corner of the Centre, high school graduates prepare lessons for younger students, giving back to the very organisation that once invested in them.

Five years ago, during one of the most uncertain periods in recent history, Amos Youth Centre (AYC) launched a simple but powerful idea: if women were given the right skills, support, and opportunities, they could transform not only their businesses but also the future of their families.
